Finished this one up yesterday. (I'd made my first one back in March.) It's an easy project that I can pick up whenever I want some down time. This one has a sea urchin as the "thorn of crowns," and I like how the shell where Christ's face would be almost has a Shroud of Turin feel to it. And the sanddollar is such a fitting center to the whole thing. I will hang these crosses, and many more to be made, in my beach house someday.

Very cute Dawn!
That is so beautiful and has such a serene quality to it.
My tapestry is in my dining room with to iron sconces with candles in them(I bought those in France also,so they really work well with it.I tried to take the picture with the sconces, and it looked odd for some reason. The Tapestry is about 45 inches wide and 36 inches tall. I wish it were bigger, but then again, I would have to have a stone wall to make it impressive :)
That's lovely! I adore shell art, and tried to make a shell mirror one time. Didnt turn out so well, buy you seem to have a knack for this!
