This year for all the gals at the office, I tried a new recipe for these flaky biscuit sandwich cookies, with icing centers and sugar sprinkled on top. I nestled a cookie into a glassine sleeve and decorated each one. Put them out this evening for the girls to find tomorrow on their desks. On Valentine's Day everyone deserves to be reminded that they are loved.
