One of my biggest collections is Christmas pins. Oh, how I adore Christmas. The music, the baking, the tree.This picture is just ONE of my jewelry boxes filled with Christmas pins (click on it to enlarge). I begin wearing a different pin a day beginning on November 1; that's how many I have. (I could easily start earlier, but that might be a bit much). It's a tradition that everyone knows me for. And I'm sure it will help label me as an old character some day, along with the knee-hi hose I roll down around my ankles, the wagon I pull back and forth to the market, and the cakes, cookies and pies I bake for the local firehouse and police station for every major holiday. There goes Old Lady Gahan. What a sweet but crazy lady she is!

If you are the crazy pin lady, then I get to be the crazy t-shirt lady, as they are overtaking my closet...sort of my "uniform", if you will.....
